Your Sadhana Begins In
Introduction
Sharir • Prana • Mann • Sadhana
Most of us are introduced to Yoga through asanas. But Yogic practice goes much deeper.
Over these 21 days, we move from the body to the breath, from the breath to the mind, and from the mind towards a deeper inner practice.
21 Day Yog Sadhana is a live guided journey combining Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Dharana, Mantra Japa, Yogic Philosophy, Chanting and Sadhana — designed to help you build a consistent practice that can continue even after these 21 days.
No prior experience required. Just an open mind and a sincere intention to begin.

Join us live every morning for 21 days in a structured 60-minute guided session. Each class will bring together different elements of Yoga such as Hatha Yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, mantra and inner practices. The sessions will gradually progress so that you build consistency while understanding Yoga beyond just physical movement.
Learn Hatha Yoga Asanas designed to improve stability, strength and body awareness. Alongside movement, you will practise beginner-friendly Pranayama and conscious breathing techniques to understand the deeper connection between your breath, energy and state of mind.
Learn and practice a new meditation daily. These meditations are designed to help you increase awareness of yourself and the world around you. You’ll learn practices such as:
Each practice will be introduced with proper guidance and context.
Yoga is much more than what happens on the mat. We will explore important principles from the Yogic tradition and understand how they relate to discipline, the mind, awareness, daily living and Sadhana. You’ll learn the traditional philosophy of Yoga given to us by Maharishi Patanjali.
Once every week, we will come together beyond the regular morning practice for a deeper collective experience. These sessions may include Kirtan, mantra chanting, reflection, Yogic wisdom and open discussion, helping you connect emotionally with the practice as well as with the wider Sadhak community.
You will become part of a dedicated community of people walking the same spiritual path with you. The Sangha will help you stay connected, consistent and motivated through shared practice, discussions, reminders and collective experiences throughout the program.
Unable to attend a session live on a particular day? You will receive access to the session recordings for a limited period so that you can catch up without breaking your 21-day journey. Recordings can also help you revisit important practices and explanations during the program.
Every participant will receive a specially curated FREE Sukhalaya Sadhana Pack containing resources designed to support your 21-day practice and help you continue even after the program ends. It includes: Sadhana Journal, Practice Tracker, Chant Book and other guided materials used throughout the journey.

“I have started yoga many times before and usually stopped after a few days, but doing it together every morning made a huge difference. Somewhere during the program, it stopped feeling like another task and started feeling like a part of my routine.”
Shira ChennIsrael“I really liked the feeling of practising with the same group every day. Even though everything was online, it never felt completely individual. Seeing everyone show up, sharing experiences and doing the closing sessions together gave me that extra push to stay regular till the end.”
